With beautifully sweet notes of strawberry cream, candy, and milk chocolate, our Strawberry makes for an unforgettable brewing and drinking experience, from filter to espresso!  We've decided to keep this at a light- medium roast to preserve its sweet delicate flavour profile.

Grown in the lush volcanic soils of Colombia, this extraordinary microlot undergoes a meticulous 48 hour co-fermentation process, which is then gently washed and slow-dried on raised beds, preserving its vibrant, dessert-like character. 

Bright, sweet, juicy, and irresistibly smooth, this coffee is a true celebration of experimental innovation and experience in specialty coffee passed through the generations.
