Final Sale

All gift cards, food items (such as Coffee Beans and Drip Bag Coffees), custom products (special/ custom orders, personalized items), sale items, open-box items, purchases from markets/events/shows, or gift cards, and purchases from markets/events/shows are Final Sale and excluded from our Refund Policy.

Non-returnable items include items such as:

  • Coffee Beans
  • Drip Bag Coffees
  • Drip Bag Filters
  • Sale items
  • Open Box items
  • Gift Cards

Returns 

The cost of the item, minus any initial shipping costs (for orders not qualifying for free shipping), will be refunded.

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee based on original purchase price. 

To initiate your return, submit a request via email to hello@brewenroutecoffee.com, including the order number, customer name, and products/quantities being returned. 

For eligible products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  After 14 days, your item will be considered final sale and not eligible for return.  No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging with any original accessories and instruction literature. You will also need the original itemized receipt as proof of purchase.  

Product reimbursement is subject to condition of return.  All products being returned must be in full-unopened condition.

Please ensure that items are well-packaged for their return journey as we cannot refund items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Returns process

After the return request is approved via email, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to us. Return requests that are not shipped within 7 days of approval will be automatically cancelled and no refunds will be processed.

We will send you additional instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the products cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment and recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost products.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

We can only cover the expense of a return label if:
- The product was damaged in transit to you
- You received an incorrect product

For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the expense of a return shipping label. If you request a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For orders marked as "refused" or "return to sender," return shipping costs will be deducted from the eligible refund.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order at hello@brewenroutecoffee.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the item’s condition if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.
