Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping within Canada (domestic):

All orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive another notification from us.

Please note that order processing times are separate and in addition to the shipping times indicated at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related updates.

Shipping outside Canada (international):

For orders outside of Canada, please contact us directly at contact@brewenroutecoffee.com or leave us a message.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Delays:

In the event of postal service disruptions and/or peak holiday seasons, the arrival of your order may be delayed.

In-store pickup:

Please select the "Pick up" option at checkout for details on our pickup address/ location. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email/ SMS notification from us with pickup details. Kindly note that pickup is by appointment only.

You can also visit us at temporary pop-up locations as we attend various trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

We collaborate with multiple carriers to both enhance efficiency and to provide more options for our customers.  For more detailed information on your order, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related updates.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@brewenroutecoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  You can also leave us a message.

To track the progress of your Canada Post order, please visit Canada Post Tracking and enter your tracking number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Federal postal services such as Canada Post is able to ship to P.O Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please see our Full Return Policy for more details.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  Once your return request has been accepted, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping, duties, taxes, and other fees.

Please inspect your product upon receiving your package.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@brewenroutecoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so we can evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.
