With upfront sweetness followed by berry chocolatey undertones, this medium-roast single origin from Papua New Guinea (PNG) brings complex notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and raspberry tartufo sip after sip.

This unique natural lot comes from roughly 600 smallholder producers organized around the Kagamuga Dry Mill in PNG's highlands.

Working with the Kindeng Wet Mill, these producers sorted and separated exceptional cherry before it could be depulped, drying it instead as a full natural—a process that takes a full month in Jiwaka's cool highland climate. Once dried, the coffee moves to Kagamuga for hulling, then to Goroka for final milling and export.

The Kagamuga mill also supports producers through training programs covering agricultural practices, gender equality, youth inclusion, climate adaptation, and environmental stewardship. A nursery is being developed to provide new plantings to local farmers, supporting long-term productivity for the community.

This limited natural microlot from PNG is a coffee shaped by collaboration and care at every stage.
